Committee members should help our case, IMO.

I know, I know, TH will have to leave the room when BYU is discussed by the selection committee. However, committee members are human beings. Many will subconsciously give somewhat more favorable consideration to the school being represented by someone with whom you have a working relationship. In addition, the selection committee can ask questions if they choose to the AD of the school being considered. Since TH is in the committee, he knows the angle to plead our case if necessary.

I think the fact that TH is on the committee helps our case.
