There are a few Koreans in my program who are fully sponsored. I don't remember what companies they work for, but their MBA (and living expenses) are all entirely paid for. Before b-school they worked insanely hard, and afterwards they are required to work insanely hard for the same company. But for them, business school is kind of like a "reward" for of all their hard work (past and future), and a great opportunity to better understand American culture.
Their stress level and state of mind was the complete opposite than it was for the rest of us our first semester!
