Horrible reviews. Someone sent me a package via OnTrac (first time I'd ever heard of them). Their tracking shows that it's on the truck for delivery yesterday before 8pm, and by 8 oclock, it hadn't arrived. Never seen that happen before. So I jump online and see that some people have packages delivered as 10pm. So I wait around until after 10 to see if it comes. It didn't. Today I called them to see if my package would arrive. They said it should, but it didn't yesterday because they had too many packages to deliver.

Huh. Looking a little deeper, I find that the company's average rating between google and yelp is 1.5 stars. I've never seen a company that low before, and they have dozens of reviews.
