down in Utah County a few years ago. The shift they have in place right now is really bad because of how sharp it is. I would expect them to adjust that whenever they get down doing whatever it was that required this shift. If the lane shifts are a little more gradual, they cause people to slow down quite as much. I would guess that most of the time it won't be as bad as it is today.
And as people get used to it/avoid it, that will help as well.
But it will still be bad.
