I would rather see them recruit and get most of the top in-state recruits
and then get some from Cali, AZ, TX and Fl. BYU got 1 out of 10 recruits this past signing day. Other nine went to USC, Ohio St, UCLA, Michigan St, Wisconsin, Oregon State and utah. Get the kids that grew up as fans or at least very aware of BYU and the culture first, then get the out of state recruits. You have to get the top instate kids staying home!
