Jony Ive, Tim Cook, Eddy Cue, and Phil Schiller all have said that book does not
Reflect the Steve they knew.
Steve was obviously a whiny jerk. But lots of people are whiny jerks and no one else made Apple. I think the book failed to actually explain what made Steve great. It did a good job of sharing anecdotes about his negative qualities (of which there were many). But it did almost nothing to explain his genius. I think that's where they find fault with it as well.
