We have 0 proven talent at safety aside from nacua (didn't say 0 talent- Takenaka, Unga and Badger just have little to no D1 game experience) and Nacua's potentially facing a suspension. Vanderbilt's eligibility clock is still ticking and he needs a school, and I doubt he could find a better team with the same level of need at safety. Sounds like he's friends with Squally.
