Having played both fairly seriously I can tell you

hitting a 95 mph fastball with a bat from 60 feet away is far more difficult than returning a 140 mph serve with a racket 80-90 feet away.

Edit. I will add that reaction times required are fairly equal but would lean more towards baseball requiring the quicker reaction.
