Mark Few loves to recruit big guys with beef, and then develop them if needs be. You can't teach size and strength. For example: Gonzaga is red-shirting this kid, who got mop-up duty behind Karnowski last year:

Few could afford to redshirt Edwards and develop him because Sabonis fell in his lap - a nice luxury.

He wasn't heavily recruited, and isn't the most skilled guy right now, but (Like Karnowski) he is tough to move on the block and Few has a great reputation for developing big men once he gets them in the program.
