People should just go to places that do free wine and beer refills. My parents
always complain about how the Rio Grande charges for chips and salsa (it's like $3 per basket) and I just tell them to go to any other Mexican restaurant that gives out free chips and salsa to paying customers (you can't just order a water and then stuff yourself on chips and salsa, at least not if you're an honest person).
