Yep, to sweeten the deal, once my mortgage is paid off, I will still make full payments to the fund until the persons behind me 2-10 have their mortgages paid in full. That could be you! After that, I will pay $1000 per month until 11-20 are paid off. This is addition to all the other people paying into the system. It will be so incredible and fantastically successful that I'll then stop paying because my mortgage is paid off and I get greedy and decided to spend the money on other things.
