...even in the court of public opinion. I tend to believe a prosecutor thinks they've got a case if they bring one, but you never know. And I'm hopeful either the kid didn't do what's alleged, or, if he did, he's able to change things around and make something good of his life, including hopefully a career at BYU. So for now I'm happier reserving judgment and leaving the tough decisions about whether Charles gets in to the people in the know.
