I'm not a Bronco apologist, but I don't have any problem with this.
How did we get in this spot? Taysom got hurt, McCoy Hill got hurt, Ammon Olsen transferred, Billy Green transferred, Tanner Mangum went on a mission, and Taysom returned for his senior year, thus preventing any JC QBs from wanting to come to BYU.
Everyone knows Mangum and the HS QB (Hoge?) will be #2 and #3 in the fall. So... do you want the 5th string QB out there with the receivers? Our pass defense sucked last year. Are they going to get better playing against a 5th string QB in practice?
