First thing I thought of when I read this:
"Hey, my aftershave has vetiver in it..."

That being said, I guess it's worth a try. Your child won't die if you take them off their ADHD meds to try alternative treatments. If it doesn't work, hopefully you can find a balance of medications that does work and doesn't have adverse side effects. Best of luck.
