A lot of the Pac-12 have newer video boards because they have a lot of older arenas that needed upgrades:

Washington State

Oregon

Most on-campus college arena's are smaller than the MC, so to put in a giant video board would be ridiculous. But that being said, the MC will have one of the biggest and very best.

Now in pro arenas (in terms of size), it is a different story.
