I think they only do refis for certain grad degrees (MD, JD, MBA, DDS, maybe a few others). The application and loan origination process were a bit of a pain but the rates are very good.

did you look at SoFi? I looked and their rates were slightly higher than SoFi

I have friends who've used SoFi. Lower interest rate, but much less flexible
