About GA not throwing him out after the 1st offense didn't sit overly well with me, since we knew what the 1st offense was. That didn't appear to be expel material. His 2nd offense was clearly over the line for the coach. GA handled it well it appears.

Now of course if on his 1st offense he had barred the doors to an orphanage of handicapped children and set the place on fire, I'd like to think the GA would have expelled him on that 1st offense.

Bottom line, GA handled the guy well and appropriately.
