remotely imply that you can't drink and be a BYU fan? I'm 110% for anyone and everyone being a BYU fan. NOTHING in my post mentions a thing about drinking BYU fans being an issue.
What did I say however? Let's look at the facts...
- I said I watched a home renovation show.
- I said there was a couple who didn't have the typical Mormon look. They were both wearing tank tops (no LDS garments). Fact, in no way a judgement. A mere simple observation.
- I said they discussed margaritas. Again, another example of them not being typical BYU fans. I can get you the definition of typical if that would help?
- I said they passed a BYU flag and had a BYU helmet magnet on the fridge.
- I conclude by saying "interesting".
It is not every day the folks like this become the face of BYU fans on a nationally televised TV program. That is not a judgement that is a factual observation. Again, never did I imply it was an issue but it is unusual.
Usual would be a Ken Jennings looking guy wearing a BYU bookstore issued BYU shirt.
Of course I am well aware there are BYU fans who drink. They are still in the minority and are still very rare relative to the amount of BYU fans who do not drink. To be clear, I'm 110% supportive of BYU drinking fans. But if feeling like a victim makes you feel better...
