I was thinking more 2010-2012 when he played with three hall of famers and was better than at least two of them. But he was in a perfect situation, his style of play needs good teammates and he had great ones.

All I know, is you get a good shooter at the 2 and putting Payton on the jazz would make a nice little roster. Payton would get gobert some great looks. But I do agree, if I was a jazz fan I'd rather have exum, he could turn into something special.
