Does ESPN not have rights to show march madness in the Top 10? Seems like
I feel like I've been seeing way too many college baseball and NHL clips in the Top 10. For some reason, I thought that showing game highlights was free reign as long the game was not being rebroadcast. Does CBS not release these rights to ESPN? Or are Top 10 treated different than game highlights?
