Does Bronson have the potential to be an elite pass rusher?

By elite, I mean in conversations for post season awards, All-American nominee, not necessarily consensus All American. Equivalent to all-conference (back when we had one).

I thought he had those tools and that potential two years ago. He hasn't yet met my expectations, for various reasons. Will he this year?
