CB doesn't understan that Geoff left because of lack of buy in by some of the

Coaches (3 of them) on the staff. It made things impossible for him and he was done. They didn't respect him because they saw him as Internet boy.

Anderson has years of coaching experience and the coaches have a increased level of compfort turning decisions and recriuting info over to him
