There's not a lot of chatter about prospective coaching/football staff interviewees so it's hard to say for sure but I get the feeling that Bronco doesn't put a lot of time or effort into finding and interviewing good assistants. It often appears he makes convenient hiring or promotion decisions (Doman, Hill, Howell etc) without having much of a feel for how the new guy will fit in. Like I said, it appears that way.
