I go to a gym where the only men on staff appear to gay. It's very noticeable...

When dressing to exercise and then also undressing to get in the shower it is very common for these gay men to be walking in and out of the locker room. It seems inappropriate for the same reasons society has deemed men not being allowed in a woman's locker-room.

I realize we as a society have a lot of "bugs to work out" regarding equality and how to live among one another as hetero and homo sexuals but allowing gay men to walk freely in a locker-room of naked men seems like an issue.

I'm not sure what the answer is, but it seems anything but equal right now and understandably it makes some straight men like myself uncomfortable.
