In 2014 there were over 22,000 incoming freshmen with 5,900 of those being white non Hispanic. While Asian or Pacific Islander made up the largest group of incoming freshmen with 8,082; there's no data available that I can find that tracts family income/wealth.
Also, out of the 22,000 incoming freshmen 17,000 of them claimed California residency.
