...a beat down on superman. The idea was that superman was a boy scout who does whatever the government wants him too. Where Batman is a fugitive wanted by the government. In that story they are old friends but Batman has known for years that eventually Superman would be sent to take him down so he prepares a plan using Kriptonite and an "ironman" like suit that is using the whole cities power grid to beat up Superman.

Since Kriptonite was not introduced in the previous Man of Steel movie I assume this fight might be the unveiling of the stuff in this version.
