Vancouver finished their chance. RSL didn't finish their chances.

But the official was poor. He was lagging behind on several calls. He'd whistle for a foul after 3,4,5 other touches and then come back to the foul.

Vancouver should have been down a man 2 minutes in. That was the same foul that RSL correctly for a red for late in the game. Olave correctly got a 2nd yellow and sent off. But Vancouver didn't receive a 2nd yellow for a deliberate handball.

Just very inconsistent.
