Yes, Frank Jackson is huge. Definitely top 10. Now, best players in BYU history is a different story, as Fredette wasn't really a top recruit. Haws I believe was recruited, but not like Frank.
I think Frank Jackson would be almost like a Jabari type get for BYU. Yes, maybe a 1 and done type player!
If you look at Shawn Bradley, has he been our only one and done? Even Ainge wasn't one and done, although I don't think it was allowed back then.
