I've found very compelling insights from all of his books...even those that aren't geared towards my industry.

And if you ever get a chance to hear him speak in person...take it. He is flat out amazing...I would go so far as to place him ahead of Peter Drucker (which is as close to blasphemy as I'm going to go today).
