Sure some of the stuff a small portion of the fans do is a little nasty
any and every good rivalry has that unfortunate aspect...Not defending it. But it certainly isnt unique to Ute fans.
Regardless, the frequency and severity of this poor treatment is exaggerated. Ive attended enough Holy Wars to know that. I walked out of RES in 2012 next to a group of 20 or so BYU fans carrying a giant BYU flag. Not a single word was said to them. and that was after a win. Same thing at the Huntsman the following year.
