By the way, I have been involved in a lot of litigation where Wal Mart is a

co-defendant. Wal-Mart has very, very strict policies on what it takes to approach someone about shoplifting and to engage the shoplifter. It takes a lot. To be caught twice takes real effort. I suspect the subject lady has shoplifted there dozens of times.
