Pier 49 is in Provo, and is probably better than anything listed. CPK is in Orem. Terra Mia is probably the best place in Orem/Provo, but still doesn't hold a candle to Settebello (if you're looking at traditional places). Couple of other places up north that are far and away better than anything in Provo (The Pie, Lucky Slice) when it comes to American pizza.
