I'm just putting two and two together from observation
Seven years playing for a coach as intense, sharp and demanding as Quincy is would be difficult for most kids. Watch the interaction on the sidelines. I think Quincy is a GREAT coach, especially defensively, which is exactly where we need to improve right now. Seven years under any coach is a long time, but especially under one who achieves with such sharpness. Sharpness can be a really good thing, but it doesn't necessarily help in the recruiting battle, which is our main topic.
