Just got a quote for my car repair. Blown head gasket and Catalytic converter.

2800 to 3000. KBB for private party is 2500 on the car for "good" condition. Not what I was hoping to hear. I was hoping it was just going to be the cat. I wanted the car to last another 4-5 years to about 200,000 while paying off student loans, then get a newer car after that. What would you all do? 130,000 on the car right now. Nothing else that needs to be done. Worth repairing, or should I just junk the car and start fresh?
