225k miles (yes, I drive a lot)
It has been a completely trouble-free car. I have done the scheduled maintenance and have no other repairs. It does burn a little oil now, and I can tell the battery isn't like new, but it is still going strong.
It definitely made sense for me to buy it because of how much I drive, how long I keep my cars, and because the state of Utah let's me drive it solo in the HOV lane (that isn't automatic any more--now they limit the number of permits they give hybrid cars, so it's done by lottery).
Since you drive less, it isn't as clear that the premium you have to pay for a hybrid car would be worth the gas savings, but it might be. You have to do the math to figure that out. But even if not, it is a great car and may well still be a good choice.
One note: my Prius has a ton of torque, which gives me very good acceleration. Newer Priuses don't have as much torque, so they aren't as zippy.
