Bought a Minivan in Cali, painful, painful process to register

I can't get a Title to the DMV getting the runaround from dealer, CaliDMV and Bank, I also told the DMV the wrong lean holder now I need a lean release letter, not sure I will be able to keep driving my new van ): on my 3rd temp registration....... mess!

The lienholder should have sent the title to you

you should only need a new title with you and not the lienholder as the owner
