Of that list, only 3 are currently still in the NFL, 2 of which were the highest picks from BYU during the Bronco Mendenhall era, both within the last 2 years. The other one (Pitta) is likely to be cut within the next season or two, if he can't get over his injury issues.

Looking at http://www.ourlads.com/nfldepthcharts/depthcharts.aspx , beyond those that were actually drafted, there are still several BYU players on NFL rosters currently, though how many there will be by the beginning of the NFL season is yet to be seen. But the only players from BYU in the NFL right now other than Pitta, KVN and Ziggy are all UDA's.

Though I have been fairly outspoken about my opinion of Bronco, I am not posting this as any sort of support for or indictment of him. I just thought it was interesting to look at these lists and see where BYU really stands in the NFL right now.
