Just because there are 632 unique people getting something doesn't mean 632
full scholarships are being paid out.

Check out the numbers of full equivalent scholarships BYU is limited to based on the sports we sanction.

Total comes to 256.7.

You would then multiply that by $4500 (4500 * 256.7 = $1,155,150) and then divide that among 632 athletes based on their portion of a scholarship they are receiving. For things like Men's basketball and football all those athletes will get that full amount because they are head count sports and they either get a full scholarship or none...
