This program has a serious recruiting problem and we have a bigger development problem as well. It's been painfully obvious since 2010 that this is an issue, our record points to it being an issue, the fact that the program is having issues getting players drafted points to it.

It's no longer just smoke, you can see the flames. Maybe the problem had more to do with the conditioning of the program... Omer did a great job of doing next to nothing. So maybe that is/was the starting point of the problems when it comes to development. But it's pretty stupid ridiculous...

In my opinion... it's just time to get a new coach in, one who understands the program and has a history of good solid recruiting of high character kids and who has developed them placed them into the NFL...
