Here's a Rotoworld entry on him from last year:
BYU junior RB Jamaal Williams "demonstrated the skill-set to project nicely at the next level, while averaging five yards a carry, rushing for 139 yards and two touchdowns in BYU's 33-25 win over Houston.
"Williams, on the other hand, demonstrated the skill-set to project nicely at the next level, showing burst, lateral agility and surprising balance for a back with his high-cut 6-foot, 200-pound frame," Rang wrote. The Cougars prospect, who also ran track for the BYU in the spring, has acceleration that comes naturally. Williams mother was also a standout track star for the UCLA Bruins in her day. Rang notes that, "other than just good acceleration, he showed impressive power for his build, consistently generating yardage after contact" versus Houston. Fri, Sep 12, 2014 03:28:00 PM

Yeah, sometimes BYU fans overrate players, but there are a lot who they underrate, as well, perhaps because we're not used to the elite athletes.

Barring injury, he WILL be drafted.
