Supposedly he ran a 4.6 in high school, so if he prepares well for the combine and can run even a 4.7-4.8 laser-timed 40, he is in good shape to get drafted, especially if he has a solid year. He should do better in a 4-3 defense anyway.
Regarding Jamaal, RBs just aren't as valuable as they used to be in the NFL, since it is more of a passing game now. I also don't think he is going to run a blazing 40 (maybe somewhere in the 4.6 range laser timed), which may be enough keep him from being drafted.
If he can show good hands this year and Anae actually calls for some throws his way, that will help his case. Regardless of how it goes down at the draft, I think Jamaal will be a good fit in the NFL with his physicality and burst. He is a good well-rounded back that can block run and catch the ball.
