Area and there are some really good teams. I know a kid used to come up from Richfield for practices and several come down from Logan. It's a huge commitment but the kids get so much better because of the training and competition. The programs I am most famiarvwith are Utah Prospects, Utah Basketball Club (UBC), Rebels, Salt Lake Metro (not sure if still around). You can find them all on twitter.

Most of these travel teams were put together in March and have a couple tournaments under their belt already. You may find a spot for him as a guest player or get him a chance to come up to scrimmage with a couple of the teams or something. But you may have to wait until 2016 to get him a permanent spot on a team. All the best to your boy!
