Reports of policy change that allows more physical workout time. Frank's info
could be coming from communication with Mika, Haws, and Emery. Perhaps they can avoid some of the mission legs now with more work out time.
No question the two years is an advantage for smarts. Older is smarter. On the other hand, basketball seems to have been the one sport where the limited physical activity has made missions a net negative, at least for a year or so.
