Purely by nature of them being in the MWC they were not BCS or P5 at the time...

The point would be if you were back in the MWC you still wouldn't be playing as many P5 schools - just can't do it.

This year we'll play 4 P5's in the regular season and that is the absolute most possible in a regular season if you are a member of a Go5 and not a single one would ever do that.

Also note that when some of these contracts were signed there were 2 more BCS teams on the schedule in UConn & Cincinnati but with the BEast/AAC being demoted we don't go counting them as P5 even though that was part of the SOS intent when initially signed and by the way BSU also was going to be a part of that league......again can't won't try to count them just like you can't count TCU/Utah while they were in the MWC....
