TCU and WVU joined the conference on July 1, 2012. The new TV contract
was signed in September. The old contract run through 2012 and they were in negotiation for most of the year. The old contract was folded into a new 13-year package.The TV partners must have been fine with the new members because they are laying out $2.6B over the life of the contract.
