Not sure where "brink of disaster" came from, but it's noted that you feel a sig

spike in BP whenever someone is irritating enough to say "noted" and it's been duly, um, I uh, I wrote it down w/ a sticky uh, sticky small piece of paper, so I don't do it again. Usually I have to say like 15-16 words before someone wants to punch me in the throat.
