Most of the items on that list are foods known to be less than healthy
Moderation is the key. If you are eating lots of these foods daily, then I would suggest taking it seriously. If you have some of these on occasion but eat a healthy diet 80% of the time...I would not be afraid of any of these foods in moderation.
