I booked my ticket for Hawaii an month ago. I'll be there Dec 21 to 25th, so book early. I pieced together the football team would be in Vegas or Hawaii. Since the Vegas Bowl will likely be Saturday Dec 19 since it is on ABC, I can make that if I need to, if it is in Hawaii I will be there anyway. If the team doesn't go bowling I still have hoops and a beautiful vacation place.
