RE: Is it just me, or does anyone else notice that every once in a while, when
I think every now and then the whole page is "shifted" so that there is a white bar across the page above the top left logo, but that "underneath" that logo is the ad that should be just below the logo.
It happens to me occasionally when I scroll quickly to the top of the page.
