...actually I was listening to the interview of the new Speed Coach on BYU SN and he told Jarom that he can typically shave between a .2 and .4 off of an athlete's forty time. Having a coach dedicated to getting team speed faster will be huge. Even if all he can do is shave .05 to .1 off that would be a huge improvement for the team and help some guys get more attention from NFL scouts.
